The PoliMundus partners University of Cambridge, University British Columbia, Universiteit Ghent, TU Berlin and UPV are planning to develop a joint graduate program on Built Environment Sustainability. During the next ESSD 2016 to be held in Brugges a first draft will be established.
PoliMundus partners (University of Cambridge and UPV) have joint a H2020 bid for delivering a step-change in the use of Nature Based Solutions to provide cost-effective, long-term solutions for addressing urban flood risk, heat stress and other challenges in 11-12 global cities. The project aims to establish and demonstrate an innovative approach for achieving this, ensuring that it is replicable in both well-established cities but also rapidly developing cities around the world.
The name of the proposal is “Grow Green” (Green cities for climate and water resilience, sustainable economic growth, healthy citizens and environments) is coordinated by Dr.Ruchi Choudhary at Cambridge University abd Dr. Javier Orozco at UPV.
